Fuel injection pump test bench operating procedures
1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, working principle and operation method of the test bench.
2. The test bench should be placed in a room with dry air, away from flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods and not susceptible to wind, sand and dust, and attention should be paid to fire prevention.
3. Before the test bench is officially put into operation, carefully check whether there are any cracks in the oil pipes, and whether the oil seals and joints are loose or leaking. However, the main motor and workbench cannot be disassembled at will. At the same time, check the neutral line, which must be connected to the "0" terminal;
4. Before the experiment, the machine must be put into trial operation. After the machine operates normally, the high-pressure oil pump must be clamped before the test can be carried out;
5. During the test, if any abnormality is found, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection. The machine can only be restarted after the fault is eliminated. Non-operators are strictly prohibited from approaching the workbench;
6. Before stopping, be sure to lower the speed and then stop;
7. After the test is completed, the main power supply should be cut off and the test bench should be cleaned and lubricated;
8. The test oil must be clean diesel suitable for local climate conditions.
