The fuel injector is roughly divided into five major components:

Solenoid assembly, armature assembly, valve assembly, injector body and nozzle assembly.

1. Solenoid assembly: It consists of coil, core, chamber, electrical connector, tight cap and other parts. When energized, it will generate electromagnetic force, attracting the armature plate to move upward, and controlling the nozzle needle valve.

2. Armature assembly: It consists of armature core, armature plate, armature guide, buffer gasket, valve ball, support seat, etc. It moves up and down under the action of electromagnetic force and is one of the control components that controls whether the injector sprays or not. .

3. Valve assembly: It is made up of two parts: the valve seat and the ball valve. The matching gap between the two is only 3 to 6 microns. The valve assembly is one of the main moving parts that controls the oil return to the injector.

4. Injector body: The injector body has high and low pressure oil passages and is the main pressure-bearing component.

5. Oil nozzle coupling: It consists of a needle valve and a needle valve body, and is structurally the same as a traditional mechanical oil nozzle. It is responsible for injecting fuel into the combustion chamber and is a key component to achieve precise injection, oil mist formation, etc.
