If the fuel injection pressure is too low, it will cause the high-pressure gas in the cylinder to flow back, causing the needle valve to be stuck; otherwise, the fuel injection pressure will not only increase the wear of the fuel injection nozzle parts, but also increase the pressure on the plunger pair and the oil outlet valve pair. wear and tear.

    (2) Ensure that the fuel injection quality of the fuel injector assembly is good, and the fuel injector with good performance should have obvious and clear popping sounds when injecting fuel, and the pulverization cone angle meets the requirements. Before or after the fuel injection starts, no oil dripping from the fuel injector is allowed. The start of the fuel injection at the beginning of the fuel injection and the cut-off of the fuel at the end of the fuel injection should be simple, otherwise the fuel injector should be cleaned again or the parts should be replaced.
