    Correctly install the nozzle

    (1) When installing the fuel injector, the tightening torque of the fuel injector nut should be moderate and not too large (generally 60-80N.M). If the torque for fastening the injector is too large during the installation process, it is easy to deform the assembly of the injector, damage the matching accuracy, hinder the movement and damage it, and even cause the injector nut to crack and be scrapped. If there are faults such as poor atomization, oil dripping, and poor combustion of the fuel injector, it indicates that there may be cracks in the fuel injector. damage.
    (2) Before installing the fuel injector, the impurities in the seat hole must be thoroughly cleaned to make the bottom surface smooth and clean. If the impurities are not cleaned, the fuel injector will not be tightly pressed, and the high-temperature and high-pressure gas in the cylinder will escape from the gap, ablating the fuel injector and the cylinder head, thereby reducing its service life.
    (3) When installing the fuel injector, it is necessary to ensure that the relative position of the fuel injector and the combustion chamber must not be randomly added gaskets or missing gaskets. There is a 1.0-1.5mm copper gasket between the fuel injector and the cylinder head. If this copper gasket is installed more or missing, the relative position between the fuel injector and the combustion chamber will change, and the fuel injector will be atomized. Defects cause poor combustion conditions, carbon deposits in the combustion chamber, and engine temperature rise, which in turn causes the fuel injector to be deformed and damaged due to heat. At the same time, it should also be noted that the gasket must be a copper gasket, otherwise it will cause poor heat dissipation performance of the fuel injector and cause early damage to the fuel injector.
