INJECTOR TIPS
1. The fuel injector should be inspected and adjusted once after working for 700~800 hours. Finally, an oil tightness test should be done, that is, the time for the fuel injection pressure to drop from 12MPa to 11MPa (or 18MPa to 17MPa) should not be less than 10s.
2. Needle valve couples cannot be interchanged and mixed, and must be replaced in pairs. Since different models use different specifications of even parts, even if the appearance is the same, they cannot be substituted at will.
3. If the fuel injector is difficult to remove due to sticking to the cylinder head, depressurize the diesel engine and crank the crankshaft. After the speed rises, put down the decompression parts immediately, and use the cylinder pressure to flush out the fuel injector.
4. The fuel injector will have a certain amount of oil return. In order to avoid waste, the oil return pipe should be intact and installed firmly so that the oil return from the injector can be introduced into the diesel filter. A one-way valve should be installed at the end of the oil return pipe. In order to prevent the diesel in the filter from flowing back into the fuel injector.

The power of the cylinder diesel engine drops, and the exhaust emits black smoke. For men and women, diesel oil with too large particle size cannot be fully burned and flows into the oil pan along the cylinder wall, causing the oil level to rise, the particle bottom to drop, and the lubrication to deteriorate, which may also cause a major accident in the cylinder. Disassemble the oiler for cleaning, overhaul and re-adjustment.
