INJECTOR TIPS
The fuel injectors of medium and small high-speed diesel engines generally have two types: pintle type and porous type. The needle valve coupler of the fuel injector is relatively precise, and its matching clearance is only 0.002~0.004mm. If there are impurities in the diesel oil, the needle valve will be stuck. In addition, the head of the fuel injector has been in contact with high-temperature and high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber for a long time, causing the needle valve to gradually expand and deform, and affect the normal operation of the locomotive.
