    Correct assembly:
    The working conditions of the fuel injector are relatively harsh. It must bear the impact of high-speed, high-frequency and high-pressure oil and mechanical friction, so the assembly must be strictly in accordance with the requirements. Before assembly, check the technical state of the needle valve assembly. When the sealing surface between the injector body and the needle valve body is uneven, apply engine oil for mutual grinding; when the surface of the needle valve is bluish or severely worn, it should be replaced. Note: The needle valve and the needle valve body are not interchangeable regardless of whether they are new or old, and the seat must be matched. When assembling, pay attention to check whether the small steel ball in the tappet is lost, and if there is any loss, it should be replaced in time. The lock nut of the needle valve coupling should be tightened according to the specified torque.
    The copper gasket at the front end of the fuel injector must be complete and effective, and there must be no air leakage, otherwise the needle valve couple will be stuck quickly due to thermal expansion. Be careful not to use aluminum, iron, paper gaskets or asbestos ropes to wrap the front end of the fuel injector to replace the copper gasket; and do not install more or less copper gaskets, so as not to change the depth of the fuel injector into the combustion chamber and affect the diesel oil. atomization and combustion.
