    Operation requirements of fuel injection pump test bench
    1. Installation of the tested high-pressure pump on the test bench
    The high-pressure pump is fixed on the guide rail of the workbench through a special clamping device. The front end of the high-pressure pump is connected with the universal joint of the test bench through a coupling. When installing, it must be ensured that the camshaft of the high-pressure pump is coaxial with the drive shaft of the test bench, which can be achieved by installing a special pad between the high-pressure pump and the guide rail. After initial fixation, turn the dial of the universal joint for 1 to 2 turns, and when it feels smooth, tighten the large bolts and nuts at last. After installation, the high-pressure pump should run smoothly and freely, be solid and reliable, and have no vibration or looseness.
    2. Startup and shutdown of the test bench
    Connect the three-phase power supply to the test bench, turn the speed control handle to zero, press the motor start button (green), and the motor can start. When stopping, turn the speed control handle to reduce the speed of the dial to zero, and then press the stop button (red), so as not to stop at high speed, damage the test bench and cause accidents when starting next time.
    3. Speed adjustment of the test bench
    According to the required speed and direction, select the gear of the gearbox, and turn the speed control handle to change the speed. The larger the deflection horizontal angle of the speed control handle, the higher the speed.
    4. Pressure regulation of the fuel system
    The pressure in the fuel system is regulated with a pressure regulating valve. The pressure can be adjusted in the range of 0-0.6 MPa when the handwheel is turned clockwise, and the pressure can be adjusted in the range of 0-6 MPa when it is turned counterclockwise. The pressure oil is sent from the oil supply joint of the test bench to the high-pressure pump under test through the oil pipe.
    5. Fuel temperature control
    When the fuel temperature is lower than 40°C, turn the heating valve handle clockwise to increase the fuel temperature. When the fuel temperature reaches 40°C, immediately close the heating valve to stop heating.
    3 Maintenance and maintenance of the test bench
    (1) In order to ensure the test accuracy of the test bench, check the opening pressure of the standard fuel injector frequently, which should be 17.5 MPa; regularly check the uniformity of the standard fuel injector, if there is any difference, adjust the opening pressure to correct Calibrate, if not possible, replace the standard injector.
    (2) The fuel used in the test must be light diesel oil that has been precipitated for more than 48 hours. When debugging 500 fuel injection pumps or after 400 hours of operation, new oil should be replaced. When changing oil, clean the fuel tank and filter with kerosene. 30# or 46# steam turbine oil should be added to the gearbox and hydraulic continuously variable transmission. Inject 40# mechanical oil or 150# mechanical oil into the gearbox, the oil level must not be lower than the oil filling elbow, and replace it every 400 h or half a year. The bearings in the tachometer seat need to be lubricated frequently with mechanical oil or turbine oil. When refueling, remove the mechanical watch and inject lubricating oil from the tachometer seat hole.
    (3) Before starting, it is best to use the lever to rotate the dial until the motor and the fuel supply pump rotate at the same time, and then start the operation.
    (4) Do not shift gears or start the test bench at high speed during the operation of the test bench, otherwise the hydraulic continuously variable transmission or gears will be damaged. When operating the speed control handle, the speed should be increased or decreased slowly and steadily, and the speed should not be operated rapidly. When shutting down, the speed should be adjusted to zero, so as not to damage the transmission system and affect the service life.
