    Injector maintenance precautions

    When cleaning the needle-rot coupler, do not collide with other hard objects, and do not let it fall on it to avoid injury. When replacing the needle mesh coupler, first soak the new coupler in 80% hot oil for about 10 seconds, let the anti-rust oil fully dissolve, and then put the needle valve back and forth in the clean oil to clean it thoroughly. Only in this way can the fault of sticking the needle valve occur due to the melting of the anti-rust oil when the injector is working. Needle valve couplers must be replaced in pairs, and cannot be replaced and mixed. If a large number of bubbles or oil foam are seen when the high-pressure pipe joint is loosened, it means that the needle valve has been stuck in the open state, so the compressed gas generated when the cylinder is compressed will flow back through the injector to the high-pressure oil pipe. At this time, touch the high-pressure oil pipe with your hands. If you do not feel the pulsation or the pulsation is relatively weak, it means that the needle valve has been stuck. The needle valve coupling should be removed for grinding and debugging, and if it fails to pass the debugging after reinstallation, it should be replaced with a new one.

    Injector Maintenance Precautions

    a. There are many types of fuel injectors. The fuel injectors that have the same shape and can be installed may not be suitable fuel injectors. The part number of the fuel injector used for maintenance must be consistent with the original fuel injector, and replacement is not allowed wrong;

    b In order to facilitate installation, it is recommended to coat the surface of the upper O-ring connected with the fuel distribution pipe with silicon-free clean engine oil. Be careful not to let the oil pollute the inside of the injector and the injection hole c. When disassembling and reinstalling the injector, the O-ring must be replaced, and the sealing surface of the injector must not be damaged at this time;

    d. If the injector has two card slots, care should be taken not to make mistakes when installing the card clips, and you can refer to the original installation position;

    e. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the filter screen to clean or replace the filter screen at will;

    t After disassembly, the fuel injector seat should be kept clean to prevent foreign matter from entering the cylinder.
