    At high speed and high load, the effect of premixed combustion of pre-injection on emission improvement is not obvious. At this time, in order to reduce NOx and PM emissions and reduce engine vibration and noise, the injection mode of "main injection + rear injection" can be adopted. In this variable working mode, fuel injection control requires flexible variable injection combination and accurate calculation ability of fuel injection quantity. Diesel engine fuel injection control is built on the basis of comprehensive flexible torque control and independent flexible rail pressure control. According to the injection combination required by the working condition, the total injection amount is allocated, and it is injected into each cylinder successively at the right time, so as to achieve the best combustion effect in each cylinder. The general architecture of injection control is shown in Figure 1. The torque control module converted the total demand torque into the total demand oil through the "torque-oil volume" MAP, and then determined the fuel injection combination mode, that is, determined the initial injection combination according to the current engine speed and the release conditions of each injection, and carried out the minimum injection times limitation and priority management for the initial injection combination according to the hardware execution requirements and working condition design requirements. Thus, the final injection combination is obtained. Finally, the total oil demand is assigned to each injection one by one, and the injection advance Angle is calculated. The main injection pulse width can be obtained only after speed change and rail pressure fluctuation correction.
