Therefore! The injector must be inspected and maintained regularly. The fuel injector mainly involves disassembly and inspection in diesel engine maintenance. Taking PT (D type) fuel injector as an example to introduce the disassembly and inspection technology of the fuel injector.
    When removing the fuel injector from the engine, sometimes the fuel injector sticks to the hole of the cylinder head mounting seat and cannot be removed. This is due to the carbon deposit in the combustion chamber sticking to the fuel injector. At this time, it is not possible to forcefully remove it. , so as not to damage the machine parts. It can be disassembled as follows.

    (1) When the carbon deposit is slightly bonded, remove the high-pressure oil pipe, oil return pipe, and pressure plate, and gently tap the upper part of the injector with a small hammer front, back, left, and right, and use a fixed wrench or an adjustable wrench to embed them For the protective cap of the fuel injector, turn it clockwise first, then turn it counterclockwise. After turning it clockwise and counterclockwise several times, use a medium or large screwdriver (screwdriver) to pry the shoulder of the injector body, and then remove it.
    (2) When the carbon deposition is serious, disassemble the oil circuit and accessories, drop kerosene into the hole of the injector mounting seat, or spray a small amount of bolt loosening agent, and use a solid wooden stick to move radially after a period of time. Tap the injector left and right in the tangential direction of the circle to make the injector rotate, then move it left and right to loosen the injector, use a screwdriver (screwdriver) to pry the shoulder of the injector body (at the oil inlet), and put The injector is pulled out gradually.
