In the use of fuel injector, there will be soft spring of fuel injector, excessive wear of relative motion parts, carbon deposit of jet hole, needle valve stuck and other faults, so that it can not work normally, so that the diesel engine work abnormal. Check the nozzle tight cap

(1) Check the damage of thread.

(2) Check for nicks and burrs on the outer cone. These defects prevent the nozzle head from being properly seated in the cylinder head sleeve.

(3) Check for nicks or burrs at the convex shoulder of the inner conical nozzle head seat. These nicks or burrs will prevent the correct placement of the nozzle head.

Fuel injector body

Check for burrs or other defects in the balance hole. Check the oil inlet and return passage to ensure smooth flow. Check whether the screw thread of nozzle head tight cap is damaged. Check the O-ring mounting surface for nicks or burrs that can damage the O-ring during installation. Check for nicks and burrs on the plunger sleeve fitting surface. If any damage is found, it should be ground and repaired. Check the inside diameter behind the adjustable orifice plug. If the orifice reaming needle is too long, it may pass through the injector body, resulting in lubricating oil dilution.
