    the oil supply process

    Whether it is a four-cylinder distribution pump or a six-cylinder distribution pump, the oil supply process of the plunger completing one oil inlet, oil pressure and distribution is the same. The details are as follows:

    (1) Oil feeding process

    When the highest point of the plane cam contacts the roller, the plunger is at the upper stop. The flat cam disk continues to rotate, the roller slides down along the downward section of the flat cam, the plunger goes downward and rotates at the same time, its oil inlet groove connects with the oil inlet hole on the distribution sleeve, at this time, the oil outlet groove on the plunger has been turned over the oil outlet hole on the distribution sleeve and is closed, the diesel fuel enters the plunger cavity through the solenoid valve and the oil inlet hole on the distribution sleeve. When the plunger reaches the lower stop point of the oil inlet process ends, the flat cam has rotated to the lowest point of contact with the roller.

    (2) Compression injection process

     When the flat cam plate continues to rotate, the roller rises along the ascending section of the cam, and the plunger moves upward to compress the diesel fuel, and at the same time rotates to make the oil inlet groove on it turn around and close the oil inlet hole on the matching barrel. The oil outlet groove is connected to the oil outlet hole on the distribution sleeve. As the plunger continues to move upward, high-pressure diesel is injected into the cylinder through the oil outlet valve, high-pressure oil pipe and injector.

    (3) End of fuel supply

    When the plunger rises to a certain level, the unloading hole on the plunger exposes the control plane of the control sleeve. The high-pressure diesel in the plunger chamber is unloaded through the center oil passage of the plunger. The oil pressure drops rapidly and the oil supply ends.

    (4) Pressure equalization process

    After the oil supply is completed, the plunger has rotated to the position where its pressure equalizing groove communicates with the oil outlet hole on the distribution sleeve. Through the pressure equalizing groove and annular groove on the plunger, the distribution oil passage between the oil outlet hole and the oil delivery valve is connected to the pump body cavity, so that the pressure between the distribution oil passages in each cylinder remains consistent before the injection starts,thereby improving the uniformity of oil supply between cylinders of the distribution pump.
