    1. Unable to inject fuel

    Unable to inject fuel means that the diesel fuel cannot be injected into the cylinder through the injector. Generally, it mainly depends on whether the needle valve couple works or not. This situation is mainly due to the needle valve being stuck or the spring failing and breaking. The main reason for the stuck needle valve is that the quality of diesel oil is not up to standard, and the content of moisture or acidic substances exceeds the standard, causing the needle valve to corrode; or the diesel engine is not working well, and carbon deposits appear on the mating surface of the needle valve, which causes mutual adhesion and clamping. During the long-term work of the fuel injector, the spring is continuously compressed, especially on high-speed machines, the frequency is very high. With the prolongation of use time or working under abnormal conditions, the impact of the bullet tube will be intensified, and eventually The metal structure changes, resulting in the fracture of the spring, and the fuel injector cannot inject fuel.

    2. Leakage

    If it is the internal leakage of the injector, it is often accompanied by the drop of fuel injection pressure or the extension of fuel injection time, which seriously affects the atomization quality and combustion effect. The main reason is the wear of the guide surface of the pointer valve hole. If it is an external leakage, it mainly refers to the leakage from the inside of the fuel injector to the outside of the fuel system. It often shows that there is a problem with the joint hole between the fuel injector and the cylinder head.
