Disassembly steps of the orifice injector

2. Clean the outside of the taken out assembly first, put it on the fuel injector hand pump test bench for inspection, check the initial pressure of fuel injection, fuel injection effect and fuel injection process, and find that the quality of fuel injection is not good, and the fuel injection can be disassembled device.
3. First disassemble the upper body of the fuel injection pump, loosen the pressure regulating screw, and remove the pressure regulating screw, pressure regulating spring and ejector rod
4. Clamp the injector upside down on the vise, loosen the fastening nut of the needle valve body. Take out the needle valve body and needle valve
5. Soak the disassembled needle valve couple in pairs in clean diesel oil. If the needle valve and needle valve body are difficult to disassemble, use pliers to pad the rubber sheet to clamp the end of the needle valve and pull it out. Pay attention to protect it when separating Finish the surface without marring.
6. The removed fuel injector gasket should be kept together with the fuel injector body, and the tapered gasket between the fuel injector and the seat hole should also be kept together with the original fuel injector body.
