Problems and solutions that are prone to occur during the use of fuel injectors

1. Too little or no fuel injection

The reason is that the needle is stuck or the oil filter or the nozzle hole is blocked. The fuel supplied to the injector is too dirty, the oil filter is easy to block, reducing the amount of fuel passing, mechanical impurities make the needle stuck, the movement is blocked, and the accumulation of chamber pores caused by combustion can all lead to this failure.

Disposal method: clean the fuel fine filter and replace the swimming core, disassemble and clean the fuel injector.

2.Injection pressure is too low

The reasons are that the spring force of the injector is weak or broken, and the needle and nozzle are worn.

Disposall method Replace the spring and adjust the pressure.

3.Poor spray quality

The reasons are that the opening pressure of the injector needle is low, the injector needle and the nozzle are not sealed, the nozzle hole is worn, the connection between the injector and the high-pressure pump oil pipe is not sealed,

Disposal method: seal the oil leakage, and replace the injector assembly if the nozzle hole is worn; if the needle and nozzle are not sealed, they should be cleaned and ground; if the opening pressure is low, the performance should be checked and adjusted.

The fuel injector works under harsh conditions and is prone to failure. If the working quality of the injector decreases, the better situation will reduce the power performance of the engine and the economy will be worse. In severe cases, the life of the engine will be shortened, or even sintered. Therefore, special attention should be paid in use.
