The diesel generator injector tester can be used to measure and adjust the initial fuel injection pressure of the diesel engine injector, and at the same time, it can also check whether the spray condition of the injector is good and whether there is any dripping phenomenon of the injector. It is divided into two types: fixed type used in the workshop and convenient type used directly on the machine

The fixed fuel injector tester consists of a pressure gauge, a joystick, a tester housing, a piston, an oil inlet pipe, a filter screen, an oil outlet pipe, joints and a fuel tank.

This fuel injector tester is fixed on the workbench through studs, and the joystick is shaken to make the fuel generate high pressure and enter the fuel injector, so as to check the fuel injector.

Portable fuel injector tester for diesel generator set

The portable injector tester is shown above right. It is composed of a pressure gauge, a tester housing, a connecting pipe and a joint, etc. This fuel injector tester is directly installed on the high-pressure oil outlet pipe joint of the fuel injection pump when testing, and the plunger of the fuel injection pump is used to work to generate high-pressure oil by using a screwdriver, so as to check the fuel injector. The characteristics of the portable fuel injector tester are: simple mechanism, easy to carry and use, but it is greatly affected by the performance of the fuel injection pump and has poor accuracy, so it is rarely used in actual testing.
