    The fuel injectors of medium and small high-speed diesel engines generally have two types: pintle type and porous type. The fuel injector of the domestic 135 series diesel engine has multiple nozzle holes with a diameter of 0.35mm. The needle valve coupling of the fuel injector is relatively precise, and its matching clearance is only 0.002 ~ 0.004mm. If there are impurities in the diesel oil, the needle valve will be stuck. In addition, the head of the fuel injector has been in contact with high-temperature and high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber for a long time, causing the needle valve to gradually expand and deform, and affect the normal operation of the locomotive. When the injector is working, the sealing cone surface of the needle valve body is frequently impacted by the needle valve, coupled with the continuous injection of high-pressure oil flow from this place, the cone surface will appear scratches and spots - gradually lose the sealing, and start to drip oil . When the machine temperature is low, the exhaust pipe will emit white smoke, and when the machine temperature rises, it will turn into black smoke, and sometimes the exhaust pipe will emit irregular blasting sounds.
