     Preventive measures for injector damage

         (1) Choose fuel that meets the requirements, and strictly implement the fuel sedimentation and filtration system. The fuel should be deposited for at least 48 hours before refueling; use the fuel of the specified standard grade according to the change of season and temperature; do not use mixed oil; the refueling tools should be kept clean; the fuel storage should be sealed.

         (2) The fuel filter and fuel tank should be cleaned on time (the filter should be cleaned every 100 hours, and the fuel tank should be cleaned every 500 hours). If the filter element and sealing ring are found to be damaged, they should be replaced in time.

         (3) The new fuel injector assembly is coated with anti-rust oil. When installing, it must be cleaned with clean diesel to remove the dust and anti-rust oil on the surface.

         (4) When installing the injector assembly, care should be taken to clean the lower end surface of the shoulder of the needle valve body and the supporting step surface of the tight cap. When tightening the locking cap of the injector assembly, it should be tightened repeatedly several times, not at one time; in addition, the pressure regulating screw should be loosened to prevent the ejector rod of the injector from being bent, resulting in that the pit of the ejector rod cannot be well aligned with the needle. The valve is centered and eccentric wear occurs.
