If the diesel engine pants and smokes, it is mostly caused by the stuck fuel injector: when the needle valve of the fuel injector is stuck in the closed position, there will be regular knocking sounds near the cylinder head. It is caused by the pressure wave impacting the fuel injector when the oil pump is supplying oil: if the needle valve of the fuel injection nozzle is stuck in the open state, it is necessary to cut off the fuel supply to the cylinder to solve the problem of abnormal sound and white smoke; if the needle valve is stuck in the closed state state, the oil supply to the cylinder is immediately cut off, and the engine fires without change. If the white smoke and abnormal sound disappear when the high-pressure copper pipe of a certain cylinder is loosened, and a large number of bubbles come out from the unscrewed part of the multi-cylinder machine, it means that the needle valve of the fuel injection nozzle of the cylinder and the needle valve body are stuck in the open position: remove it by hand. Touch the fuel injector of a certain cylinder, if the fuel injector of a certain cylinder is hotter than other cylinders, it proves that the fuel injector of this cylinder is stuck
