    Operation management of high-pressure diesel pump

    When the diesel engine is parked for a long time or does not run for a long time, it must be cranked before starting to fully lubricate the high-pressure diesel pump and the moving parts of its driving device. Check the high-pressure diesel pump regularly and perform maintenance according to the maintenance cycles (recommended by manufacturers) of different types of high-pressure diesel pumps. For the lubricating diesel of the high-pressure diesel pump, attention should be paid to the quality of the lubricating diesel and the cleanliness of the lubrication channels. The high-pressure diesel pump after maintenance must be purged manually to prevent dry wear of the high-pressure diesel pump caused by operation under diesel shortage conditions. When there is diesel leakage from the leak detection hole (pipe) of the high-pressure diesel pump, it means that the high-pressure diesel pump is worn and leaking internally. For diesel engines in environments with high humidity and salinity, clean the rear end hole seat of the rack regularly and add lubricating diesel or an appropriate amount of butter to lubricate and protect it.
