    How to keep nozzle injectors in good condition
    Using fuel that meets the requirements is a prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the engine. It is also a basic condition for reducing the failure of the injector assembly and extending its service life. Due to the use of fuel that does not meet the requirements, its lubrication, sealing performance and viscosity do not meet the requirements, which will lead to carbon deposition on the fuel injector parts, resulting in increased wear of the fuel injector parts and shortening the service life of the nozzle. In addition, wrong practices such as unpurified fuel, damaged fuel filter device or removed filter element, and "unblocked" oil circuit will also shorten the service life of injector parts. To do this, do the following.
    A. Use standard brands of fuel that meet regulations according to the season or temperature. Generally, the freezing point of diesel fuel should be about 5°C higher than the minimum value to ensure that diesel fuel should be preheated when used under the lowest conditions.
    B. Establish a strict fuel sediment filtration system. Diesel should be subjected to sedimentation filtration to remove impurities before use, generally not less than 48 hours. This is because the high-pressure oil pump and fuel injector of the diesel engine are very precise. If a little mechanical impurity enters  it will be severely worn.

    If you pay attention to the above problems  you can extend the service life of the fuel injector. And we don’t need to replace the injectors frequently.
