Electronically controlled fuel injector
The electronically controlled fuel injector is the core component of the electronically controlled fuel injection system. It is used to accurately measure fuel and form a spray. Its fast dynamic response, wide linear flow range, and good atomization performance determine the working characteristics of the fuel injection system. At present, companies such as BOSCH in Germany, DELPHI in Germany, SIEMENS in Germany and DENSO in Japan have electronically controlled fuel injector products and have basically divided and monopolized the global market. The electronically controlled fuel injector is essentially a solenoid valve. Figure 1 shows a ball valve electronically controlled fuel injector, which mainly includes: coil, iron core, armature, iron, steel ball, valve seat, nozzle orifice plate, nozzle inlet, The main body of the nozzle and so on.
When the coil is not energized, the steel ball is pressed against the valve seat under the combined action of spring preload and internal fuel pressure, and is in a closed state, and the injector does not inject fuel. After the coil is energized, the magnetic flux in the coil increases gradually, the electromagnetic force received by the armature and the steel ball assembly gradually increases and overcomes the spring force, fuel pressure and its own gravity, the armature and the steel ball assembly start to rise, and the fuel flows from the nozzle plate. Spray from the nozzle hole until the coil is powered off, the armature and steel ball assembly return under the action of fuel pressure and spring preload, and the steel ball is closely combined with the valve seat to seal and block fuel. So far, a fuel injection process is completed.
