After the coil is energized, the magnetic flux in the coil increases gradually, the electromagnetic force received by the armature and the steel ball assembly gradually increases and overcomes the spring force, fuel pressure and its own gravity, the armature and the steel ball assembly start to rise, and the fuel flows from the nozzle plate. Spray from the nozzle hole until the coil is powered off, the armature and steel ball assembly return under the action of fuel pressure and spring preload, and the steel ball is closely combined with the valve seat to seal and block fuel. So far, a fuel injection process is completed.
