    Injector performance testing
    The inspection of the fuel injector mainly includes the fuel injection pressure and atomization quality, which should generally be carried out on the fuel injector test bench. When checking, install the fuel injector on the test bench, press the hand lever evenly and slowly until the fuel injector starts to spray oil, and observe whether the reading of the pressure gauge meets the regulations. If it does not meet the requirements, you can turn the pressure regulating screw, screw it in, the fuel injection pressure will increase; withdraw it, the fuel injection pressure will decrease. It can be inspected on-board without a test bench. It can be checked by comparison method. Use a three-way pipe to connect the inspected fuel injector to the standard fuel injector, connect it to the fuel injection pump in parallel, rotate the crankshaft, and check the fuel injection pressure and atomization quality by comparison. If the two fuel injectors inject fuel at the same time, the fuel injection pressure is normal; otherwise, the inspected fuel injector must be adjusted to meet this requirement. The injection pressure should not be too high, otherwise it will increase the impact and wear of the needle valve coupling and shorten the service life. After adjusting the spray pressure, pay attention to the spray quality. When there are mist spots of uneven thickness or oil lines in the spray, it usually means that the parts of the injector are seriously worn; If there is oil dripping after spraying, it means that the sealing cone of the needle valve is not tightly sealed. You can grind the sealing ring belt of the needle valve coupling with grinding paste, and clean it after grinding. If it still fails to meet the requirements after grinding, replace the needle valve coupler with a new one
