(1) Valve bomb tube adjustment gasket. Adjust the spring force of the solenoid valve. When the spring force of the valve is adjusted, the fuel injection quantity of the entire injection area will be affected, especially the fuel injection quantity of the discharge point is the greatest. (2) Iron lift adjusting gasket. Adjust the maximum displacement of the ball up and down. If the armature lift exceeds the limit value, the injector will not inject fuel or the fuel injection volume will be seriously small. If the armature lift is within the set value, adjusting the armature lift will change the injection rate. The amount of oil at the pre-injection point of the oiler will not affect other injection points. (3) Buffer lift adjustment gasket. Adjust the maximum displacement of the armature piece during the working process. The cushioning lift adjusting gasket should not be too thick, otherwise it will directly cause the oil return volume of the injector to be too large. (4) Adjusting gasket for the oil nozzle bomb tube. Adjust the spring force of the oil nozzle (the opening pressure of the needle valve of the oil nozzle), and the opening pressure of the needle valve of the oil nozzle is out of tolerance, which will lead to the deviation of the fuel injection quantity in the idling stage. (5) Needle valve lift adjustment gasket. Adjust the maximum displacement of the nozzle needle valve during the working process. The size of the needle valve lift mainly affects the fuel injection quantity at the full load point.
