The oil used for the standard injector test should comply with the fuel injection pump calibration oil specified in GB8029 or the "0" light diesel oil specified in GB252. When filling or replenishing the test oil in the fuel tank of the test bench for the first time, it needs to pre-sediment for 48 hours before adding oil. To ensure the cleanliness of the oil;
    After pressing the pump every time, do not rush to connect the high-pressure oil pipe, but first press the oil outlet of the tight seat with a soft oil-absorbing material (such as cotton yarn, soft cloth, absorbent paper, sponge, etc.) to prevent the oil spray from splashing, and rinse at a low speed Cycle the high-pressure pipeline for several times, and then connect the high-pressure oil pipe, so as to prevent foreign matter from entering the high-pressure oil pipe and the standard fuel injector;
    During the test, the temperature of the test oil should be controlled at 40±2°C;
    After the standard fuel injector assembly has been used for a period of time, if the flow rate changes greatly, check the following: whether the oil pipe head shrinks or leaks oil; whether the opening pressure changes greatly; whether there are iron filings and impurities in the oil inlet pipe joint Blockage; whether the orifice plate has iron filings blocked in the hole; whether the seat surface of the injector assembly is worn by iron filings
