    Diesel oil with too large particle size cannot be fully combusted and flows into the oil pan along the cylinder wall, causing the oil level to rise, the particle bottom to drop, and the lubrication to deteriorate, which may also cause a major accident of burning the cylinder.     Because the end face of the needle valve body is impacted by the high-speed reciprocating motion of the needle valve for a long time, it will gradually wear out and form pits. Thereby increasing the lift of the needle valve and affecting the normal operation of the injector. A jig can be used to clamp the needle valve body to a grinding machine to grind the end face, and finally grind it on a glass plate with a fine grinding paste to make the roughness above Ra0.1.

    Precautions:

    1. The fuel injector should be checked and adjusted once after 700-800 hours of operation, and an oil tightness test should be done at the end, that is, the time for the fuel injection pressure to drop from 12MPa to 11MPa (or 18MPa to 17MPa) should not be less than 10s.

    2. If the fuel injector is difficult to remove due to sticking to the cylinder head, depressurize the diesel engine and crank the crankshaft. After the speed is up, put down the decompression parts immediately, and use the cylinder pressure to flush out the fuel injector.

    3. The fuel injector will have a certain amount of oil return. In order to avoid waste, the oil return pipe should be intact and installed firmly to guide the oil return from the injector into the diesel filter. A one-way valve should be installed at the end of the oil return pipe. In order to prevent the diesel in the filter from flowing back into the fuel injector.
