1. Maintain the optimum working temperature of the diesel engine

In daily maintenance management, it is very important to maintain correct oil level and good oil quality. Too high lubricating oil level will cause excessive lubricating oil consumption, and even form carbon deposits or colloidal deposits in the combustion chamber, causing problems with the fuel injectors.
2. Maintain proper injection timing
Proper fuel injection timing mainly means that the fuel injection advance angle is within a reasonable range, otherwise it will cause poor diesel fuel combustion, black smoke, power drop and other phenomena, and in severe cases, the fuel injector will be damaged. Therefore, when the diesel engine has been working for a certain period of time, or the fuel injection pump has been disassembled during maintenance, it is necessary to correct the fuel injection timing.
3. Thoroughly remove carbon deposits
The parts where carbon deposits often occur are mainly combustion chambers, intake and exhaust branch pipes, fuel injectors, etc., which will lead to poor heat dissipation of diesel engines, overheating of parts, abnormal combustion and other hazards.
