Inspecting of Injector Nozzle Couplings
1. Check appearance
There should be no nicks, scratches or corrosion on the outer surface: the sealing cone should be bright and free of any scars. If there is a slight damage, repair it by grinding. 2. Slippery fit test
Dip the valve body and the needle valve with diesel oil and match them, tilt 45°. Pull out 1/3 of the length of the needle valve, and after letting go, it will automatically slide down evenly to the bottom within 1 to 3 seconds
The needle valve and valve seat tightness test can be combined with the injector oil pressure test.
Repair of Injector Assembly Parts
When the sealing surface of the cone-shaped nozzle of the fuel injector is severely worn, it can be repaired by manual grinding. If it is found that the nozzle wears seriously, the needle valve and the valve seat should be ground separately, and then the joint grinding should be carried out
Assembly of injectors
Before installing the fuel injector, clean the parts of the fuel injector one by one and carefully check the needle valve coupler and fuel injector body. After the fuel injector parts are cleaned and dried, they must be assembled in a clean environment. .
1. Install the needle valve, needle valve body and fastening nut on the fuel injector first. 2. Install the ejector rod, pressure regulating tube and pressure regulating screw from the upper part according to the structure of the fuel injector, and screw on the fastening nut
3. Then install the fuel pipe joint, after the assembly is installed and debugged, install the fuel injection protective cap at last
