      2 failure reasons
      It can be seen from the above that the poor atomization of the injector is mostly caused by the pressure of the fuel entering the annular oil chamber of the injector being lower than the starting injection pressure specified in the technical documents and the viscosity of the fuel being too high. The main reasons are (1) Improper installation of the fuel injector or the surface of the precision coupling is dirty or there is gas back leakage, which overheats the fuel injector and causes poor atomization of the fuel injector (2) Influenced by the technical condition of the fuel injector. The fuel injector with good technical condition and all the indicators of the fuel meet the requirements. If the fuel sprayed by the injector is poorly atomized, most of it is caused by the deterioration of the technical condition of the fuel injector. If it is too small, it can be seen from the working principle of the injector that the fuel pressure in the annular oil chamber of the injector will change with the pretightening force set by the pressure regulating spring. If the pretightening force set by the pressure regulating spring is too small, the ring will The fuel pressure in the shaped oil chamber is also the density of the small fuel molecules. Correspondingly, the pressure has not continued to increase. The density of the fuel molecules has not yet reached the ideal density during injection. The fuel expansion and diffusion energy outside the body is small, that is, the atomization is poor.
