    The working principle of the fuel injector

    The smaller the working air gap is, the larger the electromagnetic force will be. However, too small an air gap will hinder the leakage of high-pressure fuel from the control room, and too large an air gap will reduce the electromagnetic force of the solenoid valve, so it is necessary to choose the working air gap of the solenoid valve reasonably.

     

    Damping gap affects the setting process of armature tray especially the amount of multiple injection. If the clearance is too small, the valve ball can not sit normally, and the oil return increases abnormally; If the gap is too large, at a certain injection interval, the next injection will be reopened under the condition that the previous injection is not completely seated, resulting in abnormal injection amount.

     

    With the increase of the number of turns of the coil, the electromagnetic force of the solenoid valve continues to increase, but its increasing degree gradually decreases. In the process of the change of the number of turns of the coil, the variation of the electromagnetic force with the number of turns of the coil is determined by the change degree of the total magnetic flux and the change degree of the total reluctance. Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the electromagnetic force, try to choose a small number of turns of the coil.
