It is of great significance to study the cycle fluctuation of each hole of diesel injector in order to understand its working process, clarify its causes and seek measures to reduce the cycle fluctuation of diesel injector. In this paper, the spray impact force of each hole of diesel injector is measured based on momentum method. After calculating the injection law of each hole, the maximum injection rate of each hole, the circulation injection amount of each hole, the total circulation injection amount of the injector and its circulation fluctuation change with the speed of the fuel injection pump and the circulation oil amount are analyzed and studied.
(1) With the increase of the rotation speed of the injection pump, the maximum injection rate of each hole according to the unit CAM Angle decreases gradually, the circulating injection amount of each hole and the total circulating injection amount of the injector increase, and the cyclic fluctuation rate of the three decreases gradually. (2) With the increase of circulating oil amount of injection pump, the maximum injection rate of each hole and the circulating injection amount of each hole increase gradually, and the circulating fluctuation rate decreases gradually. (3) Under the same working condition, the fluctuation amplitude of the total circulating fuel injection of the injector is not equal to the sum of the fluctuation amplitude of the circulating fuel injection of each hole, and the fluctuation rate of the total circulating fuel injection is less than that of the circulating fuel injection of each hole.
Injection advance Angle is one of the main parameters affecting the combustion performance of diesel engines. The effect of injection advance Angle on the economy, power performance and emission performance of direct injection diesel engines is more significant than other parameters. Too early or too late injection advance Angle will directly affect the degree of complete fuel combustion, and then affect the output power of diesel engine.
