At present, the study of engine cycle fluctuation is mainly focused on gasoline engine and alternative fuel engine, but less on diesel diesel engine is mostly the analysis of combustion cycle fluctuation, and less on the diesel engine injector hole injection cycle fluctuation. It is of great significance to study the cycle fluctuation of each hole of diesel injector in order to understand its working process, clarify its causes and seek measures to reduce the cycle fluctuation of diesel injector.
In this paper, the spray impact force of each hole of diesel injector is measured based on momentum method. After calculating the injection law of each hole, the maximum injection rate of each hole, the circulation injection amount of each hole, the total circulation injection amount of the injector and its circulation fluctuation change with the speed of the fuel injection pump and the circulation oil amount are analyzed and studied.
On the fuel injection pump test bench, the fuel injection system is a traditional pump-tube-nozzle system, which is a five-hole nozzle, a pressure chamber, and an injector with a starting pressure of 225 MPa. Under the premise of ensuring that the surface of the sensor is perpendicular to the central axis of the nozzle, the piezoelectric crystal force sensor is installed at a certain distance from each hole of the injector to measure the spray impact force of each hole. The self-designed 12-channel data acquisition system is used for data acquisition and processing.
The spray impact force of 100 consecutive cycles under the same working condition is measured. According to the measured spray impact force of each hole, the injection law of each hole and the circulation injection amount of diesel injector under each working condition are calculated.
