After the interior of the pit wears out, the oil return volume of the injector will increase due to the lax closure of the steel ball, which will cause the needle valve to close laxly. These pits are very small, indicating that the machining accuracy of the parts inside the injector is very precise.

    The nozzle of the fuel injector - the fuel is injected into the cylinder from its head. In the entire fuel injector, its working environment is the worst, because it directly faces the extreme working environment of high temperature and high pressure in the cylinder. The tip of the needle valve of the nozzle plays the role of sealing the fuel, and it must be leak-free when there is no need for fuel injection.
