(1) Install the valve seat sealing ring and support ring on the special tool (the support ring is on the top and the sealing ring is below), put the injector shell upside down in the special tool, and install the valve seat sealing ring in the housing with the hand up

(2) Install the seat and stem

(3) Press upper seat with special tool to install seat in place

(4) Install the ball seat and ball

(5) Install the stroke adjustment spacer

(6) Install the pivot and armature

(7) Install and tighten the valve assembly fixing screws using special tools (tightening torque :43N.m)

(8) Install buffer springs, armature discs, armature disc snap rings, anti-channeling sleeves

(9) The ZHXK-09 stroke measuring tool is installed on the fuel injector housing, and then the armature lift measuring tool is installed and fixed

(10) Press the "ZERO" key to reset the dial meter to zero

(11) Press the top lever of the dial indicator with your finger and read out the armature stroke after the data is stable (armature stroke standard: 0.040 shi0.002mm)

(12) Remove the armature lift measuring tool

(13) Take out the air clearance measurement tool ZHXK-O6 and place it on the zeroing block to zero

(14) Place the air clearance measurement tool ZHXK-O6 after zero on the solenoid valve, read the stroke after the data is stable, and record this stroke as A

(15) Take out the air clearance measurement tool ZHXK-03 and place it on the zeroing block and press the "ZERO" key to zero

(16) Install the air clearance adjustment gasket

(17) The air clearance measuring tool ZHXK-03 after returning to zero is placed in the fuel injector shell, and the stroke is read out after the data is stable, and this stroke is marked as B

(18) Stroke A measured with air clearance measuring tool ZHXK-O6 – Air clearance measuring tool ZHXK-03 measured stroke B = air clearance stroke (air clearance stroke standard: 0.050 s0.005mm)

(19) Install solenoid valve spring gasket and solenoid valve spring

(20) Assemble the assembled solenoid valve and injector housing flat and screw it tightly by hand

(21) Secure the injector to the vice and fasten the solenoid bonnet with a 29mm open torque wrench

(22) Install the nozzle spring adjusting gasket, nozzle spring, needle valve bushing, nozzle positioning pin, nozzle and oil needle, nozzle pressure cap

(23) Fix the injector upside down on the vice, and use a 15mm sleeve with a torque wrench to tighten the grease tip pressure cap (grease tip pressure cap tightening torque: 49N.m)

(24) After the tightening is completed, the injector is removed and the assembly is complete
