Therefore, it is very necessary to shorten the average drawing time of the injector.
The dismantling process of the fuel injector by using the injector drawing tool provided by the manufacturer is mainly divided into five steps: one is to open the cylinder head cover and remove the injector gland; the other is to install the drawing tool provided by the manufacturer On the top of the fuel injector; the third is to use the pulling tool to pull the fuel injector upward; the fourth is to manually move the pulled out fuel injector to the maintenance position; the fifth is to remove the fuel injector pulling tool. After the team divided the fuel injector disassembly process into five steps, they then analyzed and counted the time required for each step, as shown in Table 2. It is not difficult to see from the table that when disassembling the fuel injector, human and mechanical It takes the longest time to pull the injector, taking an average of 7 minutes, accounting for 58.3% of the total time, followed by the installation time of the injector. Obviously these two factors are the crux of the problem.
