Preventive Measures for Early Wear of control Valve Coupler

(1) Prevent the intrusion of impurities. The matching accuracy of the injector control valve couple is extremely high, and the nozzle hole diameter is very small, so the clean diesel oil of the specified brand must be selected strictly according to the seasonal changes. Pay attention to cleanliness during storage and filling, and do not mix impurities in diesel oil. Before use, it must be precipitated and filtered before being added to the fuel tank. Regularly maintain the diesel filter, and often discharge the precipitated oil in the filter and fuel tank to prevent the intrusion of dust and sand impurities and aggravate the wear of the control valve assembly. Replacement or disassembly of high-pressure oil pipes, diesel filter elements, plunger pairs and oil outlet valves, etc.

Parts should be cleaned before installation, and before the high-pressure oil pipe is connected to the fuel injector, the throttle should be increased, and the engine should be driven to idle for several laps by external force to clean the passage of the high-pressure oil pipe.

(2) The anti-rust oil should be removed from the newly replaced control  valve assembly to avoid sticking to the control  valve due to the melting of the anti-rust oil when the injector is working. Boil the new fuel injector assembly in diesel oil at 70-80°C for 10 minutes, and then move the needle valve back and forth in the valve body in clean diesel oil to thoroughly clean the anti-rust oil. When cleaning the injector needle valve coupling, do not collide with other hard objects to avoid scratches. For multi-cylinder diesel engines, it should be noted that the needle valve couplers are paired precision parts, and they are not interchangeable.

(3) Prevent the effects of overheating. When installing the fuel injector assembly, pay attention to the cleanliness of the fuel injector mounting hole. Pay attention to the number and thickness of the copper pads. The thickness of the pads will change the injection distance of the fuel injector. The atomized diesel oil cannot be evenly distributed in the combustion chamber, and the combustion is incomplete, resulting in overheating, carbon deposition, and seizure of the fuel injector. Be careful not to overheat the diesel engine during use. When the temperature of the diesel engine is too high, the fuel injector will be deformed by heat, and it is prone to seizure.
