    The low-pressure fuel supply system is mainly composed of a fuel delivery pump, a fuel filter, a fuel delivery pipeline and functional valves. The function is to transport the fuel from the daily diesel tank to the high-pressure fuel pump end by the fuel delivery pump, and provide a certain amount of fuel to the high-pressure fuel supply pump. It compresses. Start the fuel delivery pump in the shutdown state, check the fuel pump outlet pressure and fuel rail pressure, both are within the normal range, and no blockage or leakage is found in the fuel system pipeline, ruling out blockage in the fuel pipeline or fuel pump failure. Each common rail storage unit has four detection bolts. Every two test bolts are screwed into a distribution valve bracket from above. One of the two test bolts shows a leak in the fuel injection line, and the other test bolt shows a leak in the high-pressure fuel line or flush mode check valve. Check the operating records of the diesel engine to see that all parameters are normal, disassemble the side guide door cover of the main engine, check that there is no abnormal wear on the crankshaft, bearing bushes, rocker arms, etc., rule out abnormal wear inside the crankcase, turn the cranking normally, and make regular dry grinding sounds when blowing the car. , it is speculated that the plunger of the high-pressure diesel pump is worn, causing serious internal leakage during the operation of the diesel pump. It is found that the plungers of the two high-pressure diesel pumps are seriously worn, so replace two new high-pressure diesel pumps. Secondly, analyze the cause of the severe plunger wear and check the fuel filter system. The fuel double filter was disassembled and inspected, and it was found that the sealing rubber ring between the filter element and the filter cylinder was damaged. After replacing the damaged sealing rubber ring, start the fuel pump delivery pump for diesel flow, check the fuel system for leakage and system deflation, and operating parameters.
