    A Surface Treatment Method for the Oil Needle of a New Fuel Injector

    Follow the steps below:

    1) Ultrasonic cleaning of oil needles with metal degreasing agent for 30 minutes, and then drying;

    2) Pre-sputter cleaning
    The cleaned and dried oil needles are put into the vacuum chamber of the closed-field unbalanced magnetron sputtering ion plating equipment, and ion sputtering cleaning is performed for 30 to 60 minutes;

    3) Coating
    In the vacuum chamber of the closed-field unbalanced magnetron sputtering ion plating equipment, the oil needles are sputtered with metal atoms for 10 to 20 minutes to form a transition layer of pure metal atoms, and the carbon atoms are sputtered with metal atoms for 50 to 80 minutes. Atom sputtering to form a composition gradient layer, metal atom sputtering and carbon atom sputtering for 90 to 120 minutes to form a nano-multilayer amorphous carbon film doped with trace metal atoms;

    The aforementioned metal atoms are chromium Cr, or titanium Ti, or zirconium Zr, or silver.
