There are several main methods for cleaning the injector nozzle:

Non-disassembly cleaning (using a hanging bottle for cleaning)
Preparation: Disconnect the power supply of the vehicle fuel pump. For some models, the fuel pump relay can be unplugged to prevent gasoline from spraying out of the interface during cleaning. Open the fuel tank cap to release excess pressure.
Connect the cleaning tool: Find the fuel supply pipe joint of the injector, disassemble the connecting fuel hose, and then connect the non-disassembly cleaning special tool.

Add cleaning agent and adjust: Pour the injector cleaning agent into the hanging bottle and tighten the lid. Hang the hanging bottle on the engine cover, connect the hanging bottle interface to the nozzle interface and clamp it, connect the compressed air pipeline, and adjust the cleaning bottle pressure to 2-3kg/cm².

Start cleaning: Open the valve of the non-disassembly cleaning special tool, start the engine and keep it idling, adjust the flow switch, and the flow should not be too large. Increase the engine speed to 1500r/min every 2 minutes, keep it for 20 seconds and then resume idling, repeat several times until the cleaning agent is completely exhausted.

Pressure relief and disassembly: After cleaning, open the pressure relief valve of the non-disassembly cleaning tool to release the system pressure, and then disassemble the non-disassembly cleaning tool.

Inspection and testing: Restore the joints removed before cleaning, start the engine to check whether the oil circuit is leaking, and test the vehicle to ensure normal operation.

Additive cleaning
Add the fuel cleaning agent directly to the fuel tank, let it circulate in the fuel system, and clean the fuel injector as the fuel flows. This method is simple and convenient to operate, but the cleaning effect is relatively weak, and it is suitable for situations where the fuel injector is not seriously blocked.

Disassembly and cleaning
Disassemble the fuel injector: First remove the fuel injector holder and fuel injection pipe and other related parts on the engine, and pay attention to avoid damaging the fuel injector and surrounding parts during the disassembly process.
Soak or spray cleaning: Use a special fuel injector cleaning agent. The fuel injector can be immersed in the cleaning agent by soaking to allow the cleaning agent to fully contact the dirt; you can also use the spray method to spray the cleaning agent on the surface of the fuel injector, then gently wipe it with a soft cloth or brush, and then rinse it with clean water.

High-pressure jet or ultrasonic cleaning: If conditions permit, use professional high-pressure jet cleaning equipment or ultrasonic cleaning equipment to deeply clean the fuel injector, which can more thoroughly remove dirt and carbon deposits.

Installation and debugging: After cleaning, install the fuel injector correctly back to its original position, ensuring that the installation position is correct and the seal is good. After installation, the fuel injector needs to be debugged to check whether the atomization effect and fuel injection volume of the fuel injection are normal.
