3. When installing the lock piece fastening nut, do not let the lock piece rotate with the nut, otherwise the convex card in the lock piece is easy to be broken off and damaged, not only can not lock, and can not see the damage from the outside.

4. After tightening the nut, remember to lock the nut with the outer flange of the lock piece.

1. Keep the fuel injector well cooled. Nozzle washer must be copper pad, copper pad heat dissipation is better, other materials of the pad easy to make the nozzle burned. In addition, there should be a gap of 2 ~ 3mm between the nozzle and the installation hole to ensure good heat dissipation of the injector.

2. When maintaining the diesel engine, carefully remove the carbon accumulation around the combustion chamber inlet, exhaust valve, piston, cylinder liner, exhaust pipe and fuel nozzle, and repair or replace it according to the situation. Otherwise, the carbon accumulation will make the engine heat dissipation, exhaust is not smooth, local temperature is too high and burn the nozzle.
