    How to extend the lifespan of injector nozzle  

         (1) When adjusting the fuel injection pressure, it is necessary to check the tightness of the fuel injector first. At high speed, it should be adjusted to the specified pressure. Special attention should be paid to the start of the fuel injection and the fuel cut-off at the end of the fuel injection.

         (2) When the fuel injector assembly is installed on the cylinder head, the carbon deposits and other sundries in the installation hole should be removed, and the technical state of the copper pad should be paid attention to. The tightening torque of the fuel injector and the tightening torque of the pressure plate screw should be appropriate. Excessive force may easily cause deformation of the needle valve body of the fuel injector and cause the needle valve to be stuck.

         (3) To maintain good heat dissipation of the fuel injector, the gasket of the fuel injector must be a copper pad, and there should be a gap of 2~3mm between the fuel injector and the mounting hole to maintain a good heat dissipation environment.

         (4) Regularly and timely calibrate the fuel supply time and gas distribution timing, so that the diesel engine will not be overloaded for a long time. Also ensure that the engine cooling system is in good technical condition.

         (5) When inspecting the diesel engine, it is necessary to carefully remove the carbon deposits around the intake and exhaust valves, pistons, cylinder liners, exhaust pipes and fuel injectors of the combustion chamber. Smooth, local high temperature, thus burning the fuel injector assembly.

          (6) When replacing or disassembling components such as high-pressure oil pipes, diesel filter elements, plunger pairs and oil outlet valve pairs, they should be cleaned before installation
