How to repair the nozzle according to the technical operation rules?
1. When disassembling the injector, attention should be paid to cleaning the dirt between the lower end face of the shoulder of the needle valve body and the supporting step surface of the tight cap, and check whether the tight cap of the nozzle is deformed. If the deformation is slight, the deformation can be corrected with a round file. If the deformation is serious, a new tight cap should be replaced. Because the deformation of the tight cap is easy to make the nozzle needle valve body deformation, resulting in the movement of the needle valve stuck.
When tightening the tight cap of the fuel injector, the torque is not too large, generally 58.8 ~ 78.4 N. m, otherwise it is easy to deform the fuel injector. At the same time, it is best to tighten several times repeatedly, do not tighten once. In addition, when tightening the cap, it is best to relax the pressure regulating screw to prevent the ejector rod from being bent, resulting in the pit of the ejector rod not being well "aligned" with the needle valve, resulting in partial grinding.
2. When debugging the pressure of the injector, it is necessary to check the tightness of the injector first, and there shall be no diesel leakage at the joints, so as to prevent combustion and the needle valve from getting stuck. For the injection pump with the old plunger pair and the oil outlet valve, the allowable injection pressure is 0.981 ~ 1.471MPa lower than the standard value.
