Optimization of injection pressure
The current research mainly focuses on the simulation of rail pressure fluctuation of multiple injection on the hardware characteristics of fuel injectors, the influence of the fluctuation of fuel injection rate and quantity on combustion, and the fluctuation of main fuel injection quantity caused by rail pressure fluctuation caused by preinjection of piezoelectric fuel injectors. In the experimental study, it is also found that the pre-injection pulse width and rail pressure increase have great influence on the fluctuation of the main injection volume, and the frequency domain method is used to analyze the influence of different loads on the fluctuation of rail pressure. However, there are few studies on the control strategy for the correction of the main injection volume caused by the change of speed and multiple injection. Aiming at the fuel injection control of high pressure common rail diesel engine, this paper proposes the fuel injection quantity correction and related control strategy based on the speed variation and rail pressure fluctuation. According to the speed change rate, the main injection volume was corrected, and the injection volume was pre-corrected. Finally, the correctness of the whole injection control strategy design was verified by bench test. The operation condition of diesel engine is complex, its intake system generally has hysteresis, and its air-fuel ratio varies widely. Only by adjusting the main injection amount and injection pulse width can the combustion demand of diesel engine under the current working condition be satisfied. In addition, multiple injection combinations under different working conditions will cause short-term fluctuations in rail pressure, but can obtain different combustion effects. At starting and low speed, the injection mode of "pre-injection + main injection" can effectively improve the starting performance and emission performance of diesel engine.
