Check and adjust the fuel injection pressure and atomization quality to ensure proper atomization cone angle. 4 When cleaning and maintaining, you must pay attention to cleanliness. You must choose clean diesel oil, and the container containing diesel oil should also be clean. When cleaning, you must be careful and patient. The action should be light and not damage the needle valve. Do not interchange the matching needle valves and valve seats. 5 When replacing a new needle valve pair, remove the anti-rust oil on the surface of the part to prevent the anti-rust oil from being heated to form carbon deposits, which will cause the needle valve to get stuck. 6 When assembling, the fuel injector must not be skewed, and even parts should be replaced in pairs, and even parts of different models cannot be substituted at will. The gasket should meet the standard and the installation depth should not be changed arbitrarily. When installing, first remove the carbon deposits on the seal copper sheet of the fuel injector. If there is any unevenness or scratches, it needs to be replaced. When locking the screw, both sides should be locked at the same time, and the force should be consistent; crumbs enter.
