    2 Restoration Technology of injector nozzle Couplings

    The precision of the cylindrical guide surface of the  injector nozzle  is very high. The assembly gap between it and the  injector nozzle  hole is 0.002~0.006mm, and the  injector nozzle  must be able to slide freely up and down in the  injector nozzle  body hole. The cylindrical guide surface of the  injector nozzle  is black, and if the fit is too loose, it is necessary to select a  injector nozzle  with a more suitable tightness. If the  injector nozzle  and the  injector nozzle  body are too tight, you can generally apply machine oil to the cylindrical guide surface of the  injector nozzle  first, and then grind the  injector nozzle . If it is very tight, it can be ground with chromium oxide.

    If the valve line of the  injector nozzle  and the  injector nozzle  body is uneven, the two can be forced to cooperate by percussion and stamping. Put the  injector nozzle  dipped in oil into the  injector nozzle  body, set a punch (Figure 4, Figure 5) on the  injector nozzle  handle, and lightly tap a dozen hammers with a half-pound hammer (to prevent the  injector nozzle  from being knocked hard The valve line of the  injector nozzle  body is damaged) turn 90° and knock again, and turn it three times in total to achieve a good fit.

    There are signs of damage to the  injector nozzle  body valve wire and  injector nozzle  wire. If the damage marks are large, apply a small amount of coarse abrasive paste to the valve line of the  injector nozzle  head, and clamp the  injector nozzle  handle to the special disassembly tool for impact and rotary grinding. If you have a bench drill or a hand drill, you can install the  injector nozzle  handle on the chuck and turn it for grinding, but the speed should not be too fast, so as to prevent the valve line from being difficult to restore smoothness due to quick grinding.
