Injector Maintenance Precautions
(1) The matching accuracy of the injector needle matching parts of the injector is extremely high, and the diameter of the nozzle hole is very small. Therefore, clean diesel of the specified grade must be strictly selected according to seasonal changes, otherwise the injector will not work properly.
(2) In order to ensure that the diesel fuel injected into the cylinder from the injector can be completely burned in time, the fuel supply time of the oil pump must be checked regularly. If the fuel supply time is too early, the vehicle will have difficulty starting and cylinder knocking; if the fuel supply time is too late, black smoke will be emitted from the exhaust, the machine temperature will be too high, and fuel consumption will increase.
(3) The fuel injector should be checked and adjusted once every 700 hours of operation. If the opening pressure is lower than the specified value by more than 1Mpa or the carbon deposit on the head of the injector needle is serious, the injector needle should be removed and put into clean diesel oil. Use wood chips to scrape off the carbon deposit. Use thin steel wire to clear the nozzle hole. After installation, debug. The injection pressure difference of each cylinder of the same machine must be less than 1 Mpa.
(4) When cleaning the injector needle assembly, do not collide with other hard objects or drop it to the ground to avoid bruises and scratches. When replacing the needle assembly, the new assembly should be soaked in hot diesel at 80°C for about 10 seconds to allow the anti-rust oil to fully dissolve, and then the injector needle should be twitched back and forth in the valve body in clean diesel, clean it thoroughly to avoid sticking the injector needle due to anti-rust oil melting when the injector is working.
