    Analysis of starting performance from the perspective of fuel system

    The starting diesel volume is insufficient. After testing on the diesel pump test bench, the starting diesel volume is 51.5mL, which meets the standard requirements. The starting speed is low. After monitoring by the control software, the starting speed is 200~230r/min, which meets the starting speed requirements. The seal was poor. The diesel pump was tested for static and dynamic sealing performance in accordance with the seal test requirements. No diesel leakage was found. The diesel supply pressure is low. After testing, when the diesel pump starts at 100r/min, the pump pressure is 0.3MPa, which fully meets the standard requirements. The diesel circuit is not smooth. Check the diesel circuit of the entire vehicle and find no blockage or throttling. Check the diesel inlet filter of the diesel pump. The filter is clean and free of dirt to eliminate diesel circuit problems. The atomization of the injectors was poor. The opening pressure and atomization quality of the four injectors were tested. The opening pressure was 23~24MPa, which met the technical requirements. There is no clogging of the nozzle holes, and the quality of fuel injection atomization is good. Through the above detection and confirmation, the possible causes of the long startup time fault can be eliminated.
