1. Inspection and adjustment of injection pressure
Install the fuel injector on the calibrator, press the oil pump handle evenly and slowly until the fuel injector starts to spray oil, observe whether the reading on the pressure gauge conforms to the specified injection pressure value, if not, adjust it. Screw in the pressure regulating screw to increase the fuel injection pressure; screw out the pressure regulating screw to decrease the fuel injection pressure. Tighten the lock nut after adjustment.
2. Inspection of spray quality
It mainly checks whether the fuel injector can spray diesel oil into a fine and uniform mist-like oil beam under the specified pressure. The inspection is also carried out on the fuel injector checker. Press the oil pump handle at a speed of 80~100 times per minute to observe whether the sprayed oil beam is normal. The atomization quality should meet the following requirements:
1 The oil bundles into a fine mist with no visible oil droplets.
2 No deflection, scattering.
3 Oil cut off is crisp and quick
4 After multiple injections, there should be no oil dripping at the front end of the injector
5 The fuel injection cone angle should meet the requirements. The test method is to place the injector vertically downwards, place a piece of white paper flat at a distance of 200 mm from the injector, then make the injector spray under normal working pressure, measure the diameter of the oil mark on the white paper, the diameter should be Between 1442mm
