The fifth is the fuel injector power detection. Unplug the wire plug of the fuel injector, turn on the ignition lock, adjust the multimeter to the DC voltage level, measure the voltage at the wire plug, connect the plug with the red test lead of the multimeter to touch the two pins of the plug respectively, and connect the other black test lead to the engine shell , and the voltages are 12V (the battery voltage at that time) and OV respectively. If they are all OV, it indicates that there is a problem with the fuel injector power supply, and the corresponding fuse box and electrical appliances should be checked
The sixth is the inspection of the injector control circuit. Unplug the fuel injector wire plug, turn on the ignition lock, the red test lead of the multimeter is connected to the two pins of the plug respectively, and the other black test lead is connected to the engine case, the voltages are 12V and 0V respectively, find the 0V pin and Mark it, this is the injector control circuit. Connect the wire plug of the fuel injector, turn on the ignition lock, and measure the voltage between the fuel injector control line and the engine case, which should be greater than 10.5V. Another method is to test with a car electric test pen, which has two light-emitting diodes, unplug the fuel injector wire plug, connect the two pins of the car test pen to the plug pins, and use the starter to pull Start the engine, observe the diodes, the LEDs should light up alternately, indicating that the control signal is normal.
Seventh is fuel injection signal detection. Monitor the fuel injection pulse width with the help of an engine fault diagnosis instrument or an oscilloscope. Under normal circumstances, the fuel injection pulse width of the engine is 2~10mS. Generally, the detection is divided into four stages, one is the idling stage; the other is the small and medium load stage; the third is the heavy load stage. These three stages are to check the uniformity of each cylinder fuel injection signal. The fourth is the fuel cut-off stage of the stroke. When the engine closes the throttle quickly at high speed, the fuel injector should stop fuel injection for a short time, and the fuel injection pulse width is 0mS in a short period of time.
